SURGE stands for Systemic Understanding of Recovery and Growth through Energy.
SURGE enables us to utilize the six key areas that require our attention and tending to — physical, mental, social, emotional, creative, and spiritual. Radical recovery of these areas of energy is a critical and essential first step to building resilience and sustained wellbeing, which is needed for us to make the impact we desire.
MY BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCES

Through my work with individuals and in group facilitation and training, I emphasize how we can modulate our energy and use neuroscience-based tools to illuminate our brains’ role in energy management to align our energy areas and achieve growth. I support leaders and teams to integrate whole brain function into their work and home lives, and to distinguish between mindset, toolset, and skillset.
My background in technology makes me particularly passionate about working with women leaders in tech. (While I support a variety of leaders and amplifying the voices of leaders who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, or have experienced marginalization is a priority and passion, coaching and training women is of top priority.)
In addition, my experience working with and designing programs for those who are neurodivergent, along with my experience teaching youth who are on the spectrum, has been a foundational step for my work with adults who have different needs in corporate environments.
I am also passionate about increasing workplace mental health because I believe it is necessary to create thriving environments, and this is a theme that shows up in all of my programs.

Executive Coaching
My coaching addresses key areas that are essential to leadership success including balancing profit and purpose, energy recovery and wellbeing, sustainable leadership practices, and leading inclusively.
Through one-on-one sessions, I provide feedback, guidance, and support to help leaders address challenges, identify their strengths, and unlock their full potential. My coaching empowers driven leaders to develop their communication skills, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking so they can improve their leadership and drive positive organizational change.
Executive coaching is ideal for leaders stepping into a new role or who have been recently promoted, and it’s equally valuable for leaders who may feel disengaged or are seeking more meaning after many years of service.
VIP Day
This full-day, immersive virtual and/or hybrid experience (depending on your location) caters to the specific needs of senior leaders striving for exceptional results who want to dive deeply into a specific topic. Through a combination of coaching, training, hands-on activities, and strategy, I support senior leaders to address specific challenges, gain in-depth knowledge about their perceived barriers, and make significant progress towards meeting a specific goal. This personalized attention and focus creates an ideal environment for learning, reflection, and quick breakthroughs. VIP Days are designed for individual leaders and executive teams.
Training and Development
These one- to three-day immersive experiences cover topics including: courageous conversations, confidence in leadership, energy recovery and resilience, and integrating striving with thriving and wellbeing. Designed for leaders and their teams, these trainings allow participants to create psychological safety in the workplace, show up to conversations ready to speak up and listen, and engage in self-talk that supports moving people to take action. They also empower participants to advocate for their wellbeing, create boundaries to reduce stress and increase capacity for productivity, and speak from a place of power when asking for support.
As a Step into Your Moxie® Certified Facilitator, I lead the following half-day, full day, and two-day experiential vocal empowerment training.
Group Coaching
Designed for teams who seek ongoing coaching support, these monthly or biweekly sessions center team productivity, cohesion, wellbeing, and energy management. In a supportive, collaborative environment, participants can share insights, learn from each other’s experiences, and receive guidance on their specific goals and challenges. My group coaching empowers participants to build community as it emphasizes learning from the diverse perspectives that each group member brings to their work.
